Experience

• Managers must have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing fighters or
working within the boxing industry.
• Managers must also have a thorough understanding of boxing contracts,
negotiations, and business arrangements.
• Must provide Bank Statement of Last 6 Months.

Certification

• Must pass a certified boxing management course that covers contract law, financial
management, and negotiation skills.

Ethical Standards

• Managers must ensure that all fighter contracts are fair and transparent.
• Prohibited from engaging in exploitative practices, such as taking more than the
agreed-upon percentage of a fighter’s earnings (typically 10-34%).
